• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you have made an appointment but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 4 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the appointment is considered completed.
• The procedure is performed on a new Siemens tomograph of the 2021 model range.
• Maximum patient weight: 130 kg (volume: 140 cm).
