• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If a client has made an appointment but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 12 hours in advance or is late by more than 30 minutes, the clinic administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the certificate is considered used.
