IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be a person who has never visited the medical center).
• The offer is valid for customers over 18 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client made an appointment, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in his plans at least 24 hours in advance or was more than 10 minutes late, the center reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services at a discount.
• Ultrasound of the mammary glands is carried out from 5-10 days of the menstrual cycle.
