• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the facility is equipped with an autonomous energy source.
• A client who has never visited a certain area (cosmetology, hair removal, massage, etc., check for more details when making an appointment), but has visited other areas, can use one certificate for a new direction.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time.

• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of the procedure is from 40 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the chosen certificate).
