How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date
You can use the certificate from 09.10.2024 to 10.06.2025

- One client can personally use only one certificate.

- The time of the photo session and additional conditions are discussed in advance by telephone.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
- The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
- If you have signed up for a photo session but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify about the change of your plans 24 hours in advance or are late by more than 15 minutes, the photographer reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (in this case, the photo session is considered completed) or provides the service within the time remaining with the client (the time of the photo session is reduced in proportion to the time by which he was late).
