In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel the reservation by phone specified in the promotion no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before the arrival or if you do not check into the hotel, a penalty equal to the first day of the reservation will be charged.
