What is included in the price of the certificate?

Accommodation for two, three or four in a room of the selected category: a standard double room is designed for two adults, a standard triple room is designed for three adults or two adults and a child, a family suite or a family apartment with a kitchen can accommodate a family of up to four people.
Buffet breakfasts for every guest.

Unlimited access to the new modern SPA center with an area of 500 sq. m. for each vacationer (opening hours from 10:00 to 22:00). Entrance to the SPA center is only in rubber slippers:

4 saunas (infrared, hammam, dry, steam).
Salt room.
A 20-meter long swimming pool with sea water.
Children's pool.
Multifunctional shower.
Spa towels are provided to hotel guests free of charge.

Use of a modern children's room.
Use of parking.

NECESSARILY

The tourist tax is paid at the hotel before temporary accommodation for the entire period of stay in the amount of 13.40 UAH per person for each day of stay (except for persons specified in Article 268.2.2, who are not payers of the tourist tax if they have supporting documents).

Additional accommodation: accommodation for one child under 3 years old is free of charge without providing an extra bed.
Accommodation for a child 3-5 years old without an extra bed - 200 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.
Additional bed for a child 3-5 years old - 500 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.
An additional bed for a child over 5 years old and adults - 800 UAH per day with breakfast and unlimited access to the SPA.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

The offer is valid only on weekdays from Sunday to Friday (Friday is the day of check-out from the hotel).
Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and the full certificate number with the last digit by email.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.

RULES FOR VISITING THE KASIMIR SPA COMPLEX

Opening hours of the swimming pool, hammam and baths: daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (please check in advance at the reception desk).
The right to visit the SPA center can be obtained at the reception after the appropriate registration and receipt of the appropriate entry bracelet.
After registration you will receive a towel at the reception.
You will receive the key to the locker upon entering the SPA complex.
Visiting the SPA complex is permitted only in rubber slippers and bathing suits.
The visitor is responsible for his/her health and independently reports that there are no contraindications to visiting swimming pools and saunas.
Before visiting the pools, you must take a shower and refrain from using creams, ointments, perfumes and other cosmetics.
The use of aromatic oils and scrubs is prohibited in baths and saunas.
If you feel dizzy, you must immediately call for help.

The following is prohibited in the SPA complex:

Be in a state of intoxication, under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic substances, or prohibited medications.
Make noise, communicate loudly.
To relieve oneself in the pool.
Bring with you food, drinks, weapons, explosive, flammable, toxic substances, as well as piercing and cutting objects.
Bringing pets into the area.
Smoking in places not designated for this purpose.

In swimming pools:

Hold a person under water, jump and dive into the water from the sides of pools, and also eat.
Be in the pool with open wounds, infectious, skin and other types of diseases, as well as with medical bandages and adhesive plasters.
Swimming with your hair down.
Throw foreign objects into the water or leave equipment in the pools.

The SPA complex administration is not responsible for:

For injuries, damages, material and moral harm that were caused to the guest as a result of his failure to comply with these rules or generally accepted safety standards.
For guests' belongings left unattended.
Children under 14 years of age are prohibited from staying in the pool without being accompanied by an adult.
The adults accompanying children are responsible for the life and health of children on the territory of the complex.
Guests are responsible for damage to the property of the SPA complex, as well as for causing moral damage to other visitors and staff.
The administration reserves the right to refuse entry to the SPA complex to guests who violate public order and generally accepted norms of behavior, without refund.
