What is included in the price of the certificate?
- Accommodation for two or four people in a room of your choice.
- Access to the heated outdoor spa pool with hydromassage and Jets for swimming against the current: for 2, 3 and 4 day holiday options - 1 hour per holiday for two or four people; for 5, 6 and 7 day holiday options - 2 times for 1 hour per holiday for two or four people.
- Visit to the Finnish sauna on the river bank: for holiday options 2, 3 and 4 days - 1 hour per holiday for two or four; for holiday options 5, 6 and 7 days - 2 times for 1 hour per holiday for two or four.

Hotel Accommodation Rules
- The guest may extend his stay by prior arrangement and subject to availability at the hotel.
- Please treat the hotel property with care, in case of intentional or unintentional damage or loss of property, payment will be charged according to the approved price list. Please do not move around the room in street shoes.
- Please be respectful of other guests and do not create noise in your rooms and chalets after 23:00.
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and chalets.
- It is necessary to observe fire safety and sanitary hygiene rules (do not throw foreign objects into the toilet); it is forbidden to use additional electrical appliances in the rooms and to cook food on your own (except for the chalet); it is forbidden to store flammable and explosive substances in the rooms.
- When leaving your room or chalet, in order to prevent damage to property, unnecessary energy consumption, and for personal safety, please close the water taps, doors and windows, turn off the lights and TV.
- On the day of check-out, please contact the hotel reception desk to make final payment for the services provided and to accept your room.
- In case of loss of the key – fine of 100 UAH.
- The fine for violating the rules of stay is 1000 UAH.
