The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT TERMS

• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the hotel is equipped with a generator.
• Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
• After purchasing a certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number to odesa@optimahotels.com.ua

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be summed up).
• Upon check-in, you must present an electronic certificate.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
• The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel your reservation by phone specified in the promotion no later than 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before check-in or if you do not check into the hotel, you will be charged a penalty equal to the first day of your reservation.
