• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the hotel is equipped with a generator.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by email.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
• Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.
