• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 12 hours in advance, and were also more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Duration of 1 session – 40 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by massage therapists (female and male) with more than 5 years of experience.
