• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and are also late by more than 5 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed or reduced proportionally time of delay.
• Session duration is 60-90 minutes (depending on the selected certificate).
• The procedure is performed by massage therapists with medical education (2 men - 13 and 20 years of experience, 2 women - 10 and 7 years each), please specify the gender of the massage therapist when making an appointment.
