• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the appointment is considered completed.
