• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about canceling the visit 2 hours in advance, or were more than 10-15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Session duration is from 10 to 60 minutes.
