• One client can personally use only one certificate.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for classes, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, and were also late by more than 20 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services, and the lesson is considered completed or reduced by time of delay.
