• One client can personally use only one certificate.

• You must activate your certificate by visiting your dentist during the validity period of the certificate.
• Dentistry operates under a license for medical practice in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 12 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
