• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 12 hours in advance, and are also late by more than 20 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed or reduced for the time of delay.
• The duration of one offline therapy session is 60 minutes, online therapy is 45 minutes.
