The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and are also late by more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed or reduced proportional to the time of delay.
• The duration of the session is from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the selected certificate.
• The service is provided by massage therapists with medical education (2 men - 13 and 20 years of experience, 2 women - 10 and 7 years of experience), please specify the gender of the massage therapist when making an appointment.
