• The offer is valid for customers over 18 years of age and for children from birth (ultrasound is done for children from 6 years old).
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• When making an appointment, you must notify the clinic administrator about the availability of the certificate and present it before the appointment.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 12 hours in advance, and were also more than 30 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the appointment is considered completed.
