IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has never visited the center).
• The offer is valid for customers over 18 years of age.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you make an appointment but do not show up at the appointed time and do not notify us of a change in your plans at least 4 hours in advance, or are more than 10 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to refuse the discounted service.
