• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for the desired date and time.
• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 4 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
