• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify 12 hours in advance of canceling the visit, and were also more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed.
