• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• The duration of one session is from 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the selected certificate).
• The service is provided by a massage therapist with more than 5 years of experience (male and female).
