• To receive a discount you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about canceling the visit 12 hours in advance, or were more than 20 minutes late, the master reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
