• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.

• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo a four-level treatment (disinfectant liquid, treatment in an ultrasonic cleaner, drying in craft bags at a temperature of 80°C for 30 minutes in a dry heater, treatment at a temperature of 180°C for 60 minutes).
• The service is provided by a master with more than 15 years of experience.
