• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has booked a session but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 2 hours in advance, or is more than 20 minutes late, the studio administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service.
• The procedure is performed by a specialist with more than 5 years of experience.
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo two-stage processing (disinfectant liquid, dry heat).
