The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT TERMS

Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
After purchasing a certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by email.
State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only at the time of check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be summed up).
Upon check-in, you must present an electronic certificate.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone specified in the promotion no later than 3 days before your arrival date.
