The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT TERMS

• The offer is valid for customers over 18 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate for one doctor of the relevant profile; if you need to visit several doctors, you must purchase the appropriate number of certificates, that is, you cannot purchase 2 certificates for one doctor.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a printed certificate or send it to info@hh.com.ua
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services, and the session is considered completed.
