IMPORTANT TERMS

• With a subscription, only one client can visit the solarium.
• You must activate your subscription by attending the first session during the coupon validity period.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One client can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive the discount you must present the coupon electronically.
• State the last digit of the coupon (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the coupon cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• The salons are equipped with a vertical solarium«MIAMI SUN» (12.5 kW, 56 lamps).
• It is recommended to visit the solarium no more than every other day.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
