Service description

Crossfit is a set of high-intensity exercises performed one after another in sets with maximum impact. The exercises will not be new to you, since almost all of them are taken from other sports - weightlifting and athletics, running, fitness. The main goal of CrossFit is to develop a person’s functional qualities, that is, strength, speed, endurance, sharpness, coordination and others. This is achieved through exhausting series of exercises. Classes are held under the constant supervision of a trainer, who distributes tasks according to the physical fitness of each student.

How to use a certificate?

With the help of specially designed training programs for Combat Sambo and CrossFit and your personal efforts, you will bring your body to perfection. In the club, classes are held for both men and women, there are no age restrictions.

Sports club «Greka MMA» is equipped according to European standards, there are comfortable changing rooms and showers. Large training hall with an area of 150 sq. m. is equipped with all the necessary equipment for comfortable sports.
