• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about canceling the visit 12 hours in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Session duration is 60 or 90 minutes.
• The service is provided by a massage therapist with more than 10 years of experience (male).
