IMPORTANT TERMS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• Registration is carried out exclusively by phone call or Viber call; recording is not carried out according to messages in the messenger or SMS. If your call is not answered immediately, you will be called back within 1-2 hours to confirm your appointment.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed or reduced for the time of delay.
• The duration of the SPA program is 1.5 hours.
• The procedure is performed by a female massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience.
• Between visitors, a period of 30 minutes is taken into account for ventilation of the room and operation of the quartz lamps.
• All foremen and administrators wear masks and gloves.
• The salon provides each client with an alcohol hand wipe and shoe covers.
