• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 24 hours in advance or was 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with discounted services and the certificate is considered used.
