• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If a participant of the promotion made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 12 hours in advance or was more than 30 minutes late, the clinic administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services at a discount and the certificate is considered used.
