• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 24 hours in advance, or was more than 20 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide him with discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Sterilization of instruments: instruments undergo two-level treatment (disinfectant liquid, dry heat).
• «Y.R.A.», «G.la», «CND» varnishes are used during manicure.
• The service is provided by a beginner master with 3 months of experience.
• The duration of a manicure is 40-60 minutes, a manicure with coating is 60-90 minutes, depending on the color of the coating and the client’s nails.
