• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 12 hours in advance or was more than 15 minutes late, the center reserves the right to refuse to provide him with discounted services and the appointment is considered completed.
• Duration of consultation - 90 minutes, kinesiotherapy - 45-60 minutes, massage - 20 minutes.
• The massage procedure is performed by a massage therapist with more than 6 years of experience (male).
