The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT TERMS

• Offer valid for new customers only.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• It is necessary to activate the subscription and take the first lesson during the validity period of the certificate.
• The subscription is valid for 1 month from the date of the first lesson.
• The discount does not apply to wedding dance performances.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If a client signed up for a lesson, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify him of a change in his plans 24 hours in advance, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with discounted services.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
