How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- Park opening hours on holidays: 04.05 - 10:00-21:00; 05.05 - day off.
- The certificate is not valid for banquets and birthday celebrations in the park.
- Entrance to the park for adults - 10 UAH, only if they accompany children.
- If an adult plans to use any attraction, an entrance ticket must be purchased.
- For the period of martial law, accompanying children of any age by one of the parents is mandatory.
- An appointment is not required to visit the park.
- To visit the park on public holidays, you must buy a weekend ticket.
- Children under 1 year old are admitted free of charge (provided they have a birth certificate).

- To receive the discount, you need to present the certificate in electronic form.
- Entrance to the park is carried out only in socks or changeable shoes.
Conditions of free entry for children of military personnel (Fly Kids)
- Free entry for children of military personnel serving in the Armed Forces, Military Police, National Guard of Ukraine (National Guard of Ukraine) since 2014 from Monday to Friday in the "FLY KIDS" SRK network from February 27, 2024, on condition of presentation of a military document of one of parents and the child's birth certificate. Free entry for children of military personnel from Monday to Friday, whose parents are considered missing since 2014, killed in action; are in captivity; received a disability as a result of the war, subject to presentation of supporting documents and a child's birth certificate. If a military serviceman (Armed Forces, TRO, NGU) or one of the accompanying parents refuses to provide documents for a photo report*, then in this case the ticket price is according to the current tariff on that day.
- *Photo report, where the document number, date of issue and number of the military unit will be indicated.
