IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• If the psychologist did not immediately answer your call, then he is conducting a consultation and will definitely call you back later.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• For an online consultation, you must send a certificate in electronic form to e-mail: magdalina885@gmail.com and then sign up for a consultation.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• You can reschedule the agreed date and time of the consultation one day before the appointed time.
• If you made an appointment, but did not show up and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance or were more than 15 minutes late, the psychologist reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount or to reduce the duration of the session for the time of delay.
• The duration of the consultation is 60 minutes.
• Psychologist's work methods: practical psychology, sand and art therapy, metaphorical cards, CBT methods and symbol drama.
