- Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day will not be returned.
- The certificate can be returned without penalty if you canceled the reservation using the phone number indicated in the promotion no later than 15 days before the date of arrival. If canceled less than 15 days before arrival, a penalty in the amount of the first two nights of booking is removed.
