The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

• Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the date of arrival and the room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm the reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number by e-mail odesa@optimahotels.com.ua.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
• Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day will not be returned.
• The certificate can be returned without penalty if you canceled your reservation using the phone number indicated in the promotion no later than 24 hours before the date of arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before arrival or if you do not check in at the hotel, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the first day of booking.
