• Opening hours of the pool, hammam and baths: daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (you must first check with the reception).
• The right to visit the SPA center can be obtained at the reception after the appropriate registration and receipt of the appropriate entry bracelet.
• After registration, you will receive a towel at the reception.
• You will receive the key to the locker at the entrance to the SPA complex.
• Visiting the SPA-complex is allowed only in rubber slippers and bathing suits.
• The visitor is responsible for his own health and independently informs that there are no contraindications for visiting pools and saunas.
• Before visiting the pools, you must take a shower, and also refrain from using creams, ointments, perfumes and other cosmetics.
• It is forbidden to use aromatic oils and scrubs in baths and saunas.
• Feeling dizzy, you should immediately call for help.

In the SPA-complex it is forbidden:

• To be in a state of intoxication, under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic substances, prohibited medical preparations.
• Make noise, talk loudly.
• Defecate in the pool.
• Bring food, drinks, weapons, explosive, flammable, toxic substances, as well as piercing and cutting objects.
• Bring pets into the area.
• Smoking in places not intended for this.

In the pools:

• Keep a person under water, jump and dive into the water from the sides of the pools, and also eat.
• To be in the pool with open wounds, infectious, skin and other types of diseases, as well as with medical dressings and adhesive plasters.
• Swim with loose hair.
• Throw foreign objects into the water, leave inventory in the pools.

The administration of the SPA-complex is not responsible for:

• For injuries, damage, material, moral damage that were caused to the guest as a result of his failure to comply with these rules or generally accepted safety standards.
• For the belongings of guests left unattended.
• Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to use the pool unless accompanied by an adult.
• Adults accompanying them are responsible for the life and health of children on the territory of the complex.
• Guests are responsible for damage to the property of the SPA complex, as well as for causing moral damage to other visitors and staff.
• The administration reserves the right to refuse to visit the SPA-complex for guests who violate public order and generally accepted norms of behavior, without refund.
