• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for the examination, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, and were also late for more than 30 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the examination is considered passed.
