• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about changing your plans 48 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered passed.
• Session duration - from 15 to 60 minutes (depending on the selected certificate).
