The price of the Coupon (Information Service) is non-refundable and non-refundable. Exclusion is possible only if the partner refuses to provide the service.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • The company reserves the right to refuse to issue a bike for rent if: there are doubts about the authenticity of documents, to persons under the age of 18, or with obvious signs of alcohol or drug intoxication.

RENT TERMS

  • 1 bike = 1 deposit.
Collateral options:
  • Bicycle - € 250/$ 300 / 8000 UAH.
  • Electric bike/electric scooter - € 400/$ 500/15000 UAH.
  • Passport or driver's license of a new sample + 500 UAH.
  • ID-passport or international passport + 250 UAH.
  • 2 documents for one name + 250 UAH.
  • The money remains as a security deposit in case of breakage of bicycle parts. The contract, pledge and documents left for voluntary storage are stored in a safe under lock and key.
  • Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
