• To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, or were late for more than 20 minutes, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount.
• The duration of one session is 60-90 minutes (depending on the chosen certificate).
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with more than 5 years of experience (male).
