• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for an examination, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about a change in your plans 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the office reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered passed.
• The results of the examination are issued in printed form only in person.
