IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Check-in is possible from Sunday to Friday inclusive.
  Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the date of arrival and the room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm the reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by e-mail.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only at the time of check-in. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• In connection with the situation in the country, power outages are possible. The complex operates according to the schedule, but in the absence of light, some services may be limited (more detailed information can be obtained from the administration by phone).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
• Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day will not be returned.
• The certificate can be returned if you canceled the reservation by calling the number indicated in the promotion no later than 3 days before the date of arrival.
