• If you signed up for a bath, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about a change in your plans 24 hours in advance or were more than 5 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (the certificate will be considered activated) or reduce the time stay at the time of delay.
