• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you made an appointment, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in your plans at least 4 hours in advance or were more than 10 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide the discounted service.
